Speed4 is a computer assisted running course which uses two sensors to record 4 times:- Reaction - Acceleration - Agility - Slalom. These 4 times are added together to get a total time. These times are then instantly printed out on a docket forthe particpant to see.SPEED4 is a proven and effective system to motivate children, teenagers and even adults to more sport and physical activity.
